Cali underground rap legend Murs proudly presents the music video for "316 Ways", premiering today on MTV to celebrate today's release of Love & Rockets Volume 1: The Transformation, his new album produced entirely by Ski Beatz, the man behind classic tracks for Jay-Z, Mos Def, Camp Lo and many more. Love & Rockets comes courtesy of BluRoc, the fledgling imprint headed by ex-Roc-A-Fella co-owner Damon Dash, who also counts rappers Tabi Bonney and Da$h, singer McKenzie Eddy and musician Sean O'Connell on his roster. The BluRoc crew is currently on the road for the MTV/Sirius/Adidas-sponsored Hip Hop & Love Tour, on track to hit 50+ cities between September 27 and November 26. Love & Rockets' cover art was designed by Dave Barnett, the talent behind covers for Curren$y's Pilot Talk series. Slim The Mobster Feat. Prodigy - Marta

Dope beat and Prodigy's verse is proof that he's getting back to his old self in that booth! Slim does his thing - not a great verse in all honesty but he does have the voice, and if Dr.Dre and Snoop are executive producing his forthcoming 'War Music' street album he must have some fire in the pipelines...we'll find out November 8th! Evidence - The Red Carpet

As you all SHOULD know and have in your collections by now, Mr.Slow Flow dropped his second full feature last week 'Cats & Dogs' and it's pure heat!! Most of the tracks are worth talking about really but I picked 'The Red Carpet' as it's one of best tracks on the album, hands down! Produced by The Alchemist and featuring Raekwon and Ras Kass, the beat is off the hook and the lyrics are what we expect them to be when delivered from real emcees...and good to hear Ras Kass hold his own next to E-V and Rae, two of the best in my opinion.
